Client Service Representative - Work from home

Marathon Oil is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed. 3. Assist clients with account management, including account setup, billing, and technical support. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices. 7. Meet or exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred.
