Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Client Service Representative to join our team at USAA. This is a work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and general information about our products and services. 3. Resolve client issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong motivation and confidence in handling client inquiries. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Comfortable working from home and using company-provided equipment.
