Job Description:
SanDisk, a leading global technology company, is seeking a motivated Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely updates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support clients - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices with the team - Perform data analysis to identify trends and formulate strategies for client engagement - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address unique client requests and challenges - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement client service initiatives
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Hardworking and energetic attitude with a passion for customer service - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically - Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Prior experience in customer service or client support preferred - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Ability to work variable hours based on client needs - Must be located in London, England, UK
