The Client Service Specialist at Accenture in London, England, UK will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships through excellent service delivery. This part-time position at Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. 3. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on company products and services. 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and repeat business. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients. 6. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. 7. Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction and feedback to senior management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. 5. Dedicated and driven to achieve performance targets. 6. Previous experience in customer service or account management roles. 7. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
