Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Genworth Financial is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional service to clients by effectively handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and managing client accounts - Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist clients with account setup, account maintenance, and account changes - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide timely and accurate solutions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Proactively communicate relevant information to clients and provide updates on any changes or developments - Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong time management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Experience in financial services or insurance industry is a plus
