Remote Client Service Specialist

Centene is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

As a Remote Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our remote clients. This includes managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services.

The ideal candidate will be resourceful and energetic, with excellent time management and negotiation skills. You must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be expected to nurture an entrepreneurial atmosphere within the organization, seeking out new opportunities for growth and innovation.
