Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Adobe, working remotely from London, England. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times. This is a part-time position, suitable for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide custom solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes

Requirements: - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Prior experience in a client service or customer support role - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
