ConAgra Foods is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level team member with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with our products and services - Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to drive business growth - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for delivering excellent customer service - Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Experience working remotely and independently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
