Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Ford Motor is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in client services or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships, and addressing any client concerns or issues - Provide product or service information to clients, making recommendations based on their needs - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct strategic planning to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Prepare and deliver client presentations to showcase products, services, or solutions - Monitor client feedback and communicate trends or suggestions to the appropriate teams - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client services, sales, or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
