Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Ford Motor is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting with client inquiries, and supporting the Client Support team in various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with account management, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain client records and documentation accurately and efficiently - Support the Client Support team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and scheduling - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the client experience


Requirements: - Associate level degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strategic planning and people management skills - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
