Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


As a Client Support Assistant at Charles Schwab, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients in the London, England office. You will be assisting clients with account inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, processing client transactions, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless client experience.


Responsibilities:


- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account maintenance, including account openings, transfers, and updates - Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Provide guidance on Charles Schwab's products and services to clients - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with other teams within the organization to address client needs and concerns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients - Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements:


- 4 years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and hardworking attitude - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
