Job Description:
UGI is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the confidence and independence necessary to excel in a fast-paced client support environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person communication - Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and escalate to senior team members when necessary - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Confident and independent, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs - Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult client situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
