Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Assistant to join our team at Cablevision Systems in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling products and services to existing clients. 5. Assist with preparing reports and analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving client satisfaction. 6. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and services. 7. Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and scheduling appointments.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality with a strong dedication to providing excellent customer support. 3. Strong critical thinking and analysis skills to effectively solve problems and address client needs. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with CRM software is preferred. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
