Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team at T-Mobile in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist with client onboarding and training as necessary - Monitor client feedback and communicate trends to the relevant departments - Provide feedback on processes and procedures to improve client satisfaction - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve client support strategies


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong people management and communication skills - Passion for helping others and dedication to providing high-quality support - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software
