Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Work from home


Job Description: Cardinal Health is currently seeking a talented Client Support Assistant to join our team in London, England. As a Client Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent and resourceful, and who possess strong time management and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assisting clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities - Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to clients as needed - Providing feedback to management on client concerns and suggestions for improvement - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a quiet work environment - Must be based in London, England, UK
