Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and efficient Remote Client Support Associate to join our team at Costco in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our remote clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide feedback on product improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database - Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and hardworking individual who can work effectively under pressure - Strong cooperation and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
