Job Description:
Spectra Energy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues as needed. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 3. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience working remotely is a plus.
