Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job description:


As a Client Support Associate at Kohl's in London, England, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and individuals who are hardworking and driven.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed. 4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase new arrivals and promotions. 5. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. 6. Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving client support processes and procedures. 8. Meet and exceed performance targets for service quality and client retention.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Project management and presentation skills. 6. Hardworking and driven personality traits.
