Client Support Associate

Job description:

Biogen is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in London, England. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in client support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
