Job Description - Client Support Associate

Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.


The Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. This role will also involve analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions, as well as maintaining accurate records of client interactions.


Key responsibilities of the Client Support Associate include:


- Managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Providing product information and assistance to clients as needed - Resolving client complaints or issues efficiently and effectively - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential new clients or opportunities - Assisting with the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote company products and services


Requirements for the Client Support Associate position include:


- Confidence and resourcefulness in dealing with clients and solving problems - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in client support or a related field - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
