Job Description - Client Support Associate


Job Description:


Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This part-time position, at the Associate level, requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate client requests - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Provide feedback to management on client trends and preferences - Assist with special projects as needed


Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients - High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
