Discover Financial Services is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, remote position at an Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat. You will ensure that all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Adhere to company policies and guidelines for client interactions
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and driven personality - Soft skills in adaptability and cooperation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
