Job description:
Chevron, a multinational energy corporation, is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join their team in London, England. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in client support management and is at a mid-to-senior level in their career.
As the Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You will manage a team of remote client support agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure top-notch customer service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall client support process and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities: - Oversee a team of remote client support agents, providing guidance and support - Manage client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Develop and implement strategies to improve the client support process - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and improve overall service delivery - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client support management - Confident and reliable personality traits - Emotional intelligence and innovation as soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and lead a remote team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
