Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description: Casey’s General Stores is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction - Develop strategies to increase client engagement and drive sales growth - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliver high-quality service - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Create and maintain client support documentation and reports - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client support services - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Driven and resilient personality traits - Proficient in decision-making and negotiation skills - Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
