Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team at Motorola Solutions in London, England, UK. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a high level of independence and motivation to address client inquiries and issues effectively.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in our client support processes - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings - Analyze client data and feedback to make informed decisions on how to better serve our clients - Provide support and guidance to junior team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams - Analytical skills to assess client needs and identify areas for improvement - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Motivated attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
