Job description:
We are looking for a talented Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Oneok. As a Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time position located in London, England, UK, with opportunities for remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with clients remotely - Provide prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries and issues - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and escalate when necessary - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement client support strategies to enhance the overall client experience - Provide regular reporting and analysis on client support metrics - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability to work in a remote environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with CRM software and other client support tools
