Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Support Manager, working remotely from home in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 6 years of experience, this role requires a dedicated and adaptable professional with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and support a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance the overall client experience - Serve as a point of escalation for any client issues or disputes, working to find mutually beneficial solutions that meet both the client's and company's needs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, utilizing this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the client support team

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills, with a track record of successfully resolving complex client issues - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic organization - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
