Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Peter Kiewit Sons' is seeking a highly motivated and confident Client Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with mid-to-senior level seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a client support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. 4. Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to make informed decisions and improvements to our services. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client retention and loyalty. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics related to client support and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client support or customer service, with a strong track record of success. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
