We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team at Walt Disney in London, England. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships, providing exceptional support and resolving any issues that may arise - Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver results - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide training and guidance to clients on our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
