Job Description:
Delta Air Lines is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services. 2. Assist clients with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and handling any issues that may arise during their travel experience. 3. Provide recommendations and information on Delta Air Lines' products and services to clients, helping them make informed decisions. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, taking proactive steps to address any issues and ensure a positive experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client requests. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to better assist clients with their travel needs. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database for future reference.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Energetic and confident personality with strong communication skills. 3. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with clients to achieve desired outcomes. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
