Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Trinity Industries is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in client support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Provide technical support for clients experiencing difficulties with our software or services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Proven experience in client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail - Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues - Experience working with international clients is a plus
