Job Description:
As a Remote Client Support Officer at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients based in London, England, UK. Your main duties will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Providing product information and assisting clients with account management 3. Troubleshooting client issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department 4. Conducting research and critical thinking to provide accurate and detailed responses to clients 5. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or related field 2. Adaptability to work remotely and adjust to changing work environments 3. Resilient attitude towards handling challenging client situations 4. Strong research skills and critical thinking abilities 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
