Job Description:
Accenture is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team based in London, England. This part-time position at associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong presentation skills - Experience working in a remote client support role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
