Job Description:
Capital One Financial is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing top-notch client support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and adaptable.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide guidance and assistance to clients on a range of financial products and services offered by Capital One Financial - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues - Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience and make recommendations for process enhancements - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients with their financial needs
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
