Job Description:
US Foods Holding is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with no prior experience. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities: - Communicating with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries and resolve issues - Assisting clients with orders, account management, and product inquiries - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to clients - Providing feedback to management on client satisfaction and areas for improvement - Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Adaptability and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong analytical and project management skills to drive results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification a plus
