Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and passionate Client Support Officer to join our team at Walt Disney in London, England. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Resolving client issues and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintaining client records and updating information as needed - Assisting with client onboarding and offboarding processes - Conducting research to better understand client needs and preferences - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client support role - Strong people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
