Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Verbatim is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assisting clients with account setup and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Providing product information and guiding clients through the purchasing process - Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction - Resolving client complaints and escalating issues when necessary - Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Negotiation and persuasion skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Resourceful and solution-oriented - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
