Job Description:
Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and online chat channels. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions. 3. Manage client accounts, including processing orders, updating information, and maintaining client records. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client experience. 5. Conduct client satisfaction surveys and follow-up calls to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 6. Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions for both the client and the company. 7. Effectively manage client relationships, building trust and loyalty with each interaction. 8.
