Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Fidelity National Financial is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This position is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Assist clients with account management, including processing transactions, updating information, and resolving billing issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues that require additional support. 4. Monitor client feedback and communicate insights to the appropriate teams to improve overall client satisfaction. 5. Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must be driven, energetic, and customer-focused.
