Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description: Ameren, a leading energy company, is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in similar roles. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resourceful, have excellent planning and cooperation skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Assist with account management and client onboarding - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to improve customer experience


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Planning and cooperation skills
