Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Paccar is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Client Support Officer, your main responsibilities will include providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Key responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions to meet their needs 3. Document all client interactions and report on trends or recurring issues 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Dedicated and resourceful individual with a strong commitment to customer service - Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude towards working with clients and colleagues - Ability to take on leadership roles in a team setting and set an example for others to follow - Comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively - Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
