Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job description:


Genworth Financial is looking for a dedicated and passionate Client Support Officer to work from home in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with little to no experience who are eager to start their career in the financial industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution 3. Handle client complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support to clients 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed 7. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to better assist clients 9. Perform other duties as assigned by management


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
