Job Description:
FirstEnergy is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a driven and reliable individual with excellent critical thinking and negotiation skills to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all client needs are met. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 6. Keep detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information. 7. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the client experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
