Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team at Apple in London, England. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and inquiries. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to client problems. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to retain clients and upsell products/services. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues. 7. Stay up to date on Apple products and services to provide accurate information to clients.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Strong research skills to find solutions to client inquiries. 4. Persuasion skills to retain clients and upsell products/services. 5. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 6.
