Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description: Abbott Laboratories, a global healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in London, England. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and who possess a confident and driven personality. We are looking for someone who excels in teamwork and leadership, and who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide technical support for clients using our products - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Assist in the development of client training materials - Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on client feedback


Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Confident and driven personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Leadership skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
