Remote Client Support Representative

Job description:

Old Republic International is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to ensure a positive customer experience - Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions - Plan and prioritize workload to meet client needs and deadlines - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client issues - Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote environment - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
