Job Description - Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Sherwin-Williams is seeking a highly motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative, working remotely from home in London, England. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Meet and exceed performance metrics for client satisfaction and resolution times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution - Uphold Sherwin-Williams' reputation for outstanding customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment - Motivated to exceed client expectations and achieve personal and team goals
