Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in London, England. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 5. Keep accurate records of all client interactions and follow up as needed 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality 2. Strong planning and adaptability skills 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
