Job Description - Client Support Specialist


Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Client Support Specialist to join our team at Nike in London. As an entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service and support within a globally renowned company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role and possess excellent planning and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assisting clients with product information, order status, and returns - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - A high school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work part-time hours
