Job Description - Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist at Honeywell International in London, England, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued clients. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are passionate, energetic, possess emotional intelligence, and have a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Effectively resolving client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and escalate complex problems - Tracking and documenting client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Communicating product updates, promotions, and relevant information to clients - Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience


Requirements: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours as needed - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
